SAINT-Bangladesh is seeking a professional for the position of Program Coordinator for the project titled “(1). Social Transformation through Adolescent and Youth Development (STAY) (2). Strengthening Community Resilience to Disaster through School Safety Initiative and (3). Primary & Secondary education based project (if any)” funded by Education and Development Foundation – Educo and the project will be implemented in Barishal district from January 2021 to December 2022. Note that this requirement will depend on the availability of donor fund.
The position Admin & Finance Officer will lead of the financial and implementation process of the two projects namely “(1). Social Transformation through Adolescent and Youth Development (STAY) (2). Strengthening Community Resilience to Disaster through School Safety Initiative and (3). Primary & Secondary education based project (if any)” in Barishal district with detailed budget planning for field level implementation on the basis of Impact/Results Framework and Financial and Administrative guideline. S/he will ensure the process all the payment of suppliers, fund disbursement, process staff salary timely, disburse cash fund and advance to projects office timely in support of program team for delivering high quality program to the field as well as smooth implementation of Projects budget. Prepare bill-voucher; maintain books of accounts, records and documents related to projects expenditure as per financial procedure. Maintains a cross functional relationship with the project office and different department of District/Upazila to make contribution to the achievement of high quality project objectives. Ensure compliance with organizational and partner’s/donor’s manuals, policies, procedures, process and various requirement. Ensure the procurement as per requirement under the projects. Monitor/supervise the supply of materials/goods and field level construction work of the projects. This position will prepare bill voucher as per financial procedure with the support from Head of HR-Admin & Head of finance. Play a leading role with the support to meet the requirements of finance procedure to ensure smooth admin and logistics support for the projects.

- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Admin, at least 2 years of experience in similar position., Budget Monitoring, Data Analysis, Finance Management, Finance/ Accounts, Financial Planning, financial reports and program activity reports writing, Procurement, Skill in Computer Base Accounting
- Age 30 to 45 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Expertise (demonstrated) in financial management and provide technical assistance
