Job title: AGM – Sales (Anwar Cement Sheet Ltd.)
Job description: Job Context
Looking for a high-performing individual to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. The post will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and implement those by capturing new markets.
- Budget preparation and cost allocation through team.
- Setting national & territorial & Head wise sales target & activate proper planning to achieve.
- Set-up dealer target in each territory & achieve from each individual outlet to meet targeted sales of each individual sales executive.
- Ensure goal congruence, create all member of the team align to the goal of the company.
- Breakdown of sales target, and assigned to Managers, and ensure continuous support for the team to achieve target.
- Ensure product coverage plan to increase product visibility & product coverage in existing dealer outlets.
- Focus on brand image development.
- Sales report preparation along with vertical and horizontal comparison.
- Represent ourselves as an ambassador of company to people in market as they believe you as their opinion leader.
- Must have knowledge about our product, price, benefits, cost benefits analysis and brand, along with competitors.
- Establish demonstration to present our product with dealers, retailers, customers, consumers, advocacy and reference groups.
- Increase dealer outlets to cover the uncovered areas
- Prepare market visit plan through route chart & get Approval from route chart.
- Make our product to be available in 80% outlet covered in route chart.
- Ensure order and sales collection through dealer.
- Establish continuous product and market analysis.
- Sales data collection from market with all product and their alternatives, and disseminate information in weekly and monthly basis.
- Attain monthly target, and collection as assigned through responsibility center
- Collect proper sales tools, POSM, sales promotion offered by management & ensure benefits and facilities are restored to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records (Sales, Stock, Data, Documents, Problems, etc.) & Share timely for take necessary Step.
- Aiming to achieve daily, Weekly, Monthly, Annual Target & touch the personal Goal
- Ensure attendance through proper participation community events, educational event, by NGO, GO.
- Build up personal relationship with all stakeholders in market through Uthan Boithak, and continuous communication.
- Set sales target and monitor achievement of Executives, ASM, ZSM and Managers through dealer wise sales allocation, and gap mitigation.
- Approve route chart wise tour plan of Executive, and correct if required.
- Consolidation of data collected from executive & disseminate data to supervisor in time.
- Master in Business Administration Preferably in Marketing.
- At least 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Tobacco, Cement Industry, Steel
- Age 35 to 45 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Market Reading Capability & Decision Making Ability.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- Computer Skill (MS office, E-mail)
- Strong Analytical ability.
