Job title: Area Manager [MM-10] MARKETING & SALES

As an Area Sales Manager, he will be responsible for overseeing the sales operation including corporate sales for VINCI CERAMIC in a particular geographical area. This could well include several territories, so expect to be fairly busy.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining and increasing sales of VINCI CERAMIC’s products.
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
- Responsible for communication with clients and maintaining a healthy relationship with existing clients.
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Engaging, Developing and maintaining contact with client, Architect & interior designer, Govt. dept. to promote brand and product business development process.
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole.
- Encourage dealers/channel partners to store and display products.
- Allocating areas to sales representatives.
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets by discussion with senior superior.
- Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
- Completing & growing monthly/quarterly sales against Targets.
- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts you.
- Collecting customer feedback and market research.
- Market Research activities, general sales/corporate sales focus plans and activities etc. various reporting to Senior Manager/HOD.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
- Any other task assigned by management.
