Job Responsibilities
- Ensure a consultative sales approach that focuses on building a long term, value-based relationship with customers, penetrating them for further business
- Maximize the margin set by the LPG Sales and Marketing team while reducing the time and costs in managing them
- Developing sales strategies that ensures sales goal/target and profitability for Assigned Segment / Territory
- Formulating personal sales plan in line with sales goal/target
- Develop and analyze market intelligence for potential LPG customers.
- Monitor and report on competitor’s activities
- Prepare action plans for team as well as individuals to ensure effective search of sales leads and prospects
- Visit dealer / retailer regularly
- Ensure timely payment from customer as per company policy
- Execute Sales & Technical Presentations to customers
- Arrange and execute seminars and events in line with Marketing Plan
- Maintain account ledger of all customers
- Reports to Head of Sales and Marketing

- Graduated from any public/ recognized University
Experience Requirements
- At least 8 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 8 (Eight) years blended experience in B2C / B2B & retail channel in FMCG/LPG
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
