Job title: Assistant/ Deputy Manager – HR
Job description: Job Context
This position is responsible for managing, coordinating and supporting HR and Administrative functions of the Company.
- Ensure HR activities as such recruitment, HR operations, Attendance, Absentism, documentation, maintaining HR records & filling, disciplinary procedures, etc.
- Screens applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications summarizes CVs for easier evaluation by the Management.
- Maintaining and regularly updating a master database in Personal files. Prepare monthly salary statement (Compensation & Benefits).
- Attendance, Leave, staff advance & Holiday Management.
- Assist in developing job descriptions & update organization structure as and when required.
- Recording, maintaining and monitoring daily attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
- Execution of company’s administrative and operational tasks as and when required.
- Plan and arrange training of each discipline
- Record, Monitor & follow up proper management, maintenance of company assets, equipment vehicle, security and safety issues.
- Ensure labor law practices, uniform social compliance and human right standard throughout the Company.
- Ensure Final Settlement of Exit Employees.
- See all register book and update it software.
- Maintain and update all govt approval and legal documentation
- Work at office
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Skills Required: Computer Proficiency, Work Experience in ERP
- At least 5 year(s)

This is Anisur Rahaman, I have completed my MBA (Major in HRM) and BBA (Major in Management) degree from Chittagong University. Having Post Graduation Degree in HRM (PGDHRM) from United International University, Dhaka.
I have been serving as “Senior Executive-HRM” in Palmal Group of Industries, which is the largest and leading garments manufacturing industries in Bangladesh. Before that I worked as “HR & Compliance Officer” at Mondol Fashions Ltd in Mondol Group, a fast growing garments manufacturing company in our country. At the beginning of my career I served as HR Officer at Mondol Apparels Ltd. sister concern of Mondol Group.
