Job description: Job Responsibilities

  • Liaison with Principals, generate reports in Ppt presentations and other media
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
  • Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions
  • Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate
  • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team
  • Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets
  • Develop negotiating strategies by studying integration of new business venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials
  • Help implement directives of CEO
  • Any other task assigned by Management

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Masters degree in any discipline
  • A degree in Business, Advertising and Marketing, Economics or Engineering from a first line school, be fluent in English both verbally and in writing and have a post-graduate qualification or MBA; and/or have several years’ demonstrable marketing experience in a similar environment.
  • Skills Required: Adaptability, Analytical ability, Excellent communication skill, Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English., Negotiation Skills

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

International Communication, Planning and monitoring, Project presentation
