Job description: Job Responsibilities

Develop cost-effective design layouts based on construction specifications and requirements.
Adhere to established design guidelines and procedures.
Analyze design issues and recommend corrective actions.
Perform civil design analysis and calculations according to project requirements.
Determine construction cost and material estimates based on civil designs.
Use latest software and technologies to develop effective designs.
Manage design projects within allotted timelines and budgets.
Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them.
Monitoring and tracking project progress, and writing up reports.
Attending and scheduling meetings as required.
Delegating tasks and ensuring workers receive feedback.
Communicating with seniors, supervisors, and the rest of the team.
Analyzing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates.
Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets.

Experience Requirements

Age 28 to 32 years

Should have a positive attitude, smart, work under pressure, result-oriented, quick learner, ability to work in a team and ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables.
Proficiency in written and oral English, good technical skills.
