Job title: Assistant Manager – HR
Job description: Job Context
- Position will have to perform HR functional activities.
- Maintaining Employee attendance & leave management on daily basis.
- Personal file management.
- Prepare Training Plan and Budget.
- Responsible for Training arrangement .
- Responsible for Training Evaluation.
- Preparing all kinds of Office Notices, Notes & Letters.
- Provide support in conducting Recruitment & Selection of employees.
- New recruited employees joining formalities & day long orientation Program including salary account banking formalities.
- Conducting employee induction program.
- Facilitate the process of the end year performance assessment.
- Perform any other work as assigned by the Management and team leader.
- Work at office
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM
- 5 to 7 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
HR Operations, HRIS/ HR Database Management * The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service
- Age 26 to 31 years
