Job title: Assistant Manager, Learning & Development


Job description: Job Responsibilities

  • Identify training needs, set objectives of training program and select appropriate participants.
  • Plan and organize different training programs required for the employees of the organization.
  • Facilitate training sessions independently and confidently in participatory training program.
  • Conduct training follow-up, assess impact and effectiveness of different training programs.
  • Prepare Training Budget
  • Coordinate training programs

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Skills Required: Documentation, English Communication, interpersonal and leadership skill, Public Speaking, traning and development
