- To monitor the effectiveness of the Quality Management System
- Create and control QA Manual, procedures, process flow diagrams, instructions, forms and checklists
- To work with process owners to create or make revisions of policies, procedures and work instructions which will meet the requirements of Quality Management System.
- To provide support to management focused on achieving quality policy and quality objectives to meet customer requirements
- To ensure Quality system in accordance with ISO 9001
- Develop, Implement & manage KPI for each of the employee for accountability and responsibility.

- Graduation in any discipline. B.Sc in Textile Engineering will be given preferences
- Skills Required: ISO 9001, KPI, Ms Excels

Additional Requirements
- Practical knowledge on ISO 9001
- Experienced in similar position within garments manufacturing unit
- Should have strong knowledge of Quality Manual, Quality System & buyer’s audit
- Should have Creativity, Initiative, Innovation & Analytical Thinking ability
- Strong communication skills in written & spoken English & Bengali
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must have good knowledge in computer application packages (Especially in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
