Factory compliance
Job Responsibilities
- 1. Preparing policy and procedure
- 2. Sound knowledge on local law and international labour standard WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, ICS
- 3. Capable to handle ACCORD/RSC/Nirapon requirements
- 4. Self reliant on Higg Index FEM and FSLM for cut to pack factory
- 5. Individually handle all kinds of audit by coordinating with buyer and audit firm
- 6. Do internal audit and prepare CAP
- 7. Keep update all required legal license & certificate as per law
- 8. Liaison with buyer compliance team for business development & implement CoC
- 9. Data analysis for social and environmental performance, specially for H&M performance data
- 10. Handling buyer like H&M, Walmart, C&A, Kmart will given priority
- 11. Ensure proper health and safety in the production floor
- 12. Awareness program, training need assessment and maintain the schedule
- 13. Performing and assisting general HR activities as per management instructions
