- Work Station: Bio-Xin Skin Care Clinic, Dhaka (Wan) Branch, Rajshahi Branch.
Job Responsibilities
- Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Recognizing employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment
- Managing customer complains; identify need gaps and taking initiatives to solve issues.
- Developing and implementing sales plans and conducting regular sales and operations meetings
- Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information
- Organizing marketing activities and events for the branch
- Increasing brand awareness for the company within the community
- Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback
- Organizing and executing training programs for branch personnel
- Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities
- Managing budgets, allocating branch funds, and defining financial objectives
- Coordinating with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotional activities, or achieve goals
- Adhering to high ethical and professional standards complying with all applicable laws and regulations for the industry

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Masters on any discipline from reputed university
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age 26 to 35 years

- Work experience in the following business area shall add advantage in applicant’s profile.
- Cosmetics Industry, Aesthetic Clinic.
- Target orientation & proactive approach is MUST!
- Duty time 11 am – 8pm, weekly 6 days
