A prominent and leading 100% export oriented Garments Accessories Manufacturing Industry is looking for an energetic , young and experienced Asst. Executive for the Commercial department.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain good liaison with the buyers, suppliers, various factories forwarders, and bank for completing the documentation on time to smooth export and import.
- Follow up with banks regarding Master LC ,BB LC, Shipping Document confirm the payment.
- Issue debit or credit notes for the concerned party and update banks.
- Follow up export proceed from buyer.
- Maintain export performance report Weekly, Monthly , Quarterly & Yearly and present to the Management.
- Responsible to manage all the company License and renewals ( Trade License , IRC, ERC, FIRE, FACTORY, VAT, TAX ,EPB, BOI ,etc.)
- Follow-up local and foreign procurement.
- Having knowledge on HS code, Customs Act, Import Policy, Export Policy, Bond formalities, cash incentive and other related laws applicable for Import & Export.
- Any Commercial related tasks given by the management.

- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Skills Required: COMPUTER OFFICE MANAGEMENT, Expart in Ms advance excel, Experince to maintain ERP Software

- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Export Commercial, Good Communication Skill in English, SCM * The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments Accessories, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
