Job title: Asst. Manager (Operation) – Freight Forwarding (Chattogram)

Job description: Job Responsibilities

  • Submit error free IGM / EGM.
  • Maintain error free BL and ensure surrender status.
  • Execute sea Import and Export shipment documentation.
  • Follow up and Execute IGM amendment (if need)
  • Prepare & send Pre-alert/arrival Notice.
  • Follow-up and Maintain smooth CFS, Depot, Off Dock, Port Operation and vessel position.
  • Maintain SOP based job and prepare daily/monthly report.
  • Maintain good relationship with Customer, Carrier, Port authority and customs.
  • Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements

  • At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Should have proper knowledge on freight forwarding and operational activities of SEA Import and Export shipment.
  • Should have experience on project shipment handling.
  • Should have good knowledge on computer, especially MS Office and different types software base work.
