  • Smart Living Tech Ltd. is one of the growing group of company. Now company trading with smart digital product. Company currently seeking motivated, innovated and business-minded professionals looking for a challenging career in the Smart automation product industry.
  • Assistant Manager – Sales will be responsible for managing the organization`s business expansion of Corporate and Retail Marketing wing to ensure the consistent and rapid growth of the company. Being a salesperson, S/he will have to achieve the sales target set by management every month.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identifying new business opportunities and expansion of existing business to improve company’s financial growth and market share.
  • Developing strong relationship with stakeholders and managing effective relationship with key partners.
  • Manage Door to Door visit especially in corporate& retail level and motivate to buy our products/ Services.
  • Developing new business models and coordinating with relevant business divisions and corporate divisions.
  • Planning business development strategies in line with company’s long term strategic goals.
  • Managing risk by taking proper decision/action during volatile market situation.
  • Strong interpersonal skill, presentation skill and deep knowledge will be required to perform such important job.
  • Establish proper reporting system which will enable all parties to stay in the loop and take joint decisions in efficient manner.
  • Regular market research and report the content to senior management will be required. Usage of Power point for such reporting is routine job.
  • Need to prepare daily work plan and report to the management
  • Need to prepare weekly/monthly sales plan
  • To plan, organize and take initiatives to achieve monthly & yearly sales target.
  • Providing maximum support and knowledge including product demo to the end users.
  • Frequently communicate with corporate customer by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Any other task assigned by the Management.

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 4 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Corporate sales
  • Real-estate/ Insurance, Financial Institutional sales, Electrical/ Hardware goods sales
  • Candidate should be local in Dhaka city.
  • ambitious, Hard worker, honesty is must
  • Convincing power and negotiation skill
  • Knowledge of modern technology and smooth operation skill in social media.
  • Good command in Computer operating, especially MS word, Excel, Power point, office outlook & Internet.
  • Good command on both spoken and written English.
