  • TechVen Group is involved in Non-Woven fabric, Non-Woven Bag making & Paper converting, Real Estate, Construction business. TechVen Properties is asking CV from the individuals for it`s “Real Estate” concern sales team.
  • Sales, Marketing, Business Development.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop new clients and liaise with present clients to achieve sales plan;
  • Maintain negotiation with customers and ensure sales;
  • Follow-up order wise sales collection;
  • Work to get potential customer;
  • Take challenges to meet sales target.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Must be Graduate from any reputed university; preference will be given for MBA (Major in Marketing).

Experience Requirements

  • At least 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Marketing, Sales

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 40 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate Marketing etc.
  • Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
  • Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
  • Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
  • Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • applicant must have at least 3 to 5 years experience in sales & marketing in “Real Estate” sector.
  • Basic computer knowledge is a must.
  • The applicants should have experience in dealing with marketing activities, client’s satisfaction, product performance and quality check.
  • Comfortable for traveling to field.
