Job Location: Corporate office, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities
- Bringing psychological bridging between business, marketing and sales strategies;
- To provide valuable insight into the sales professional so that customers make the decision to buy;
- To understand current behavior states to enhance or improve desired behavior;
- To support and council new employees as and when required;
- To conduct organizational behavior evaluations to identify areas of improvement;
- To monitor employee performance and response to training.

- Minimum Bachelor Degree at any field from any reputed institute.
Experience Requirements
- 10 to 12 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- 10-12 years of experience in the field of behavioral science.
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
- Need to have a good grasp of psycho psychological principles.
- To understand consumer behavior.
- Proficient in MS Office; e-learning software.
- Critical thinking and decision making.
