  • We are looking for smart energetic and dynamic marketing people for Petrochemical & Textile chemical market development.
  • Position/Post: Business Development Executive.
  • Job Type: Full Time.
  • Job Level: Mid-level.
  • Job Location: Chittagong / anywhere in Bangladesh.
  • Office time: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve the plan by attracting new customers, increasing corporate sales, and developing and executing direct marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain client relations and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist customers with their problems and build relationships with both and existing and new customers.
  • Make sure the Sales, L/C, Payment release from the customer is all in order.
  • Visit potentially direct sales customers and meet the monthly individual sales objectives.
  • In charge of market research, product development, pricing, communication, acquisition, market planning, competitor information, market demands, and other objectives.
  • To ensure customer service, maintain good interaction between clients and internal cross-functional divisions/departments.
  • Provide a high level of “customer service” to all clients.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets.
  • Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect Sales.
  • Any other task as and when assigned by the competent authority.

Educational Requirements

  • Minimum Graduate but Masters/MBA/BBA in Marketing from any reputed university is preferable.

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 3 year(s)
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

  • Age 23 to 32 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Skills Required: Communication, corporate marketing, creativity, team working, telemarketing, telecommunication product & service.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Corporate Marketing, Petrochemical, Sales & Marketing, textile chemical
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Indenting Firm
  • The candidate must be fluent in English conversation and writing too.
  • Must have communication & negotiation skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines and time frames.
  • Should be dynamic, hardworking & proactive, analytical judgement.
  • Skilled in Microsoft office and sap system and fast information collection.
  • Target-oriented professionalism.
  • Exhibit a confident ‘CAN DO’ attitude as well as a desire to sell.
