Representation and Business Development
Capacity Buildup of SMEs
Stock Management and Order Fulfillment

Representation and Business Development:
· Represent ChaowaPawa and work as main point of contact in the region.
· Maintain ChaowaPawa office in a professional manner with legal compliance
· Build awareness and understanding of ChaowaPawa among SMEs which leads to considering ChaowaPawa as a viable option product.
Capacity Buildup of SMEs:
· Provide orientation to SMEs on e-commerce platform
· Provide training to the women SMEs on product photography, product uploading, stock management, account management, quality assurance and delivery system
· Provide ongoing hand to hand support in troubleshoot on the product uploading, account management, order fulfillment to women SMEs.
Stock Management and Order Fulfillment:
· In coordination with head office, manage product stock in the regional office
· Support in fulfilling orders in a timely manner including product packaging
· Work with delivery person/ delivery partners to ensure timely
· Coordinate with SMEs on a regular basis
· Ensure payment of SMEs on timely manner in coordination with ChaowaPawa Dhaka office
· Coordinate and provide support to any promotional initiatives of ChaowaPawa in the region
Monitoring and Reporting:
· Monitor account opening and uploading of the product on the ChaowaPawa Platform
· Identify and write case studies on successful SMEs
· Produce necessary reports
Fulfill other appropriate level accountabilities as defined by the Programme Manager from time to time.
Qualification and experiences:
· Graduate in any discipline (Major in business studies and management will be preferred)
· 1-2 years’ experience in relevant field
· Good understanding with social platforms
· Know-how of basic troubleshooting on e-commerce
· Good understanding and sense of photography using camera and smart phone
· Excellent team working and relationship building skills.
· Good level of computer skills (Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Internet).
· Training and presentation skill
· Good written and spoken English and Bangla.
· Good Negotiation skill
Work Management and Problem Solving:
· SMEs queries and fast problem solving techniques
· To adapt in a demanding situation, with a positive attitude to suppliers
· Able to travel regularly and spend time away from base and home.
Experience 1 year – 3 years Experience in business management
