Job Responsibilities

  • Using scripts to provide information about service features, prices, etc.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close Appointment
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information
  • Maintaining communication through Email and Skype

Educational Requirements

  • O Level, A Level, Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Training/Trade Course: IELTS
  • Skills Required: Call Center, Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Fluent in speaking English, Persistent and resultsoriented

Experience Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Call Centre Supervision Management, International Call Center, Tele Marketing * Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 18 to 30 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply

Job Location

Dhaka (Mohammadpur)


  • Tk. 15000 – 21000 (Monthly)
  • Attendance Bonus: 2000 TkSales CommissionTransport Allowance: 1000 Tk After probation period (6 months).The first 7 working days will be counted as OJT (On Job Training)
