Job title: Call Center Executive – International (Night Shift)
Job description: Job Context

- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close Appointment
- Identify customer needs, clarify information
- Maintaining communication through Email and Skype
- O Level, A Level, Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Training/Trade Course: IELTS
- Skills Required: Call Center, Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Fluent in speaking English, Persistent and resultsoriented
- At least 1 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Call Centre Supervision Management, International Call Center, Tele Marketing * Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Age 18 to 30 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Tk. 15000 – 21000 (Monthly)
- Attendance Bonus: 2000 TkSales CommissionTransport Allowance: 1000 Tk After probation period (6 months).The first 7 working days will be counted as OJT (On Job Training)
