- Texmart Trading Company Ltd. (concern of Giant Group) is one of the leading fashion brand retailer in Bangladesh with brand like Texmart, Occult, and Rave for Mens and Womens.
- We are looking individual residing in and near Uttara area.
- Should have good communication skill at Bangla & English both verbal & speaking.
- Quick response to customer inquiries and requests.
- Communicate with customers with informative manner, in keeping with the brand’s voice and tone.
- Respond to customer inquiry on our facebook and social media platforms on a regular basis.
- Keep records of all conversations in the database in a comprehensive way.
- Excellent Communication skill with customers in appropriate accent
- Candidates should have the ability to make an instant decision and assist customers further.
- Manage large amounts of inbound and out bond calls in a timely manner.
- Timely reporting of daily incoming and outgoing call.
- Must be following communication “scripts” while dealing with customers.
- Will have to manage social media content for social media.
- Good command in Microsoft office specially excel for daily reporting
- No absenteeism without any notice & late allowed.
- Must be shifting and roaster duty
- Graduate in any discipline.
- At most 1 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Service * The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Boutique/ Fashion, Call Center, E-commerce, Retail Store, Telecommunication
- Age 18 to 28 years
- Excellent Communication skill to interact with customers and demonstrate good listening skills
- Self motivated and willing to work for longer period and any time in the day
- Flexibility to work till late and night shifting
- Applicants have to be Smart, energetic and good communication skill
- Dynamic sales skill.
- Self motivated & hard working.
- Knowledge of E-commerce industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Smart in communication
- Good in Handling Phone calls.
