Serve customers both in-store and Online + Manage store functions

Job Responsibilities

  • Organizing retail store operations and taking responsibility to ensure store is running smoothly to maximize sales and minimize costs.
  • Create a positive, neat clean and welcoming environment at retail stores and at all points of customer comes in contact with ND BD.
  • Recruit, train and supervise, guide and allocate responsibilities of staff towards maximum performance and best utilization of time at work
  • Provide superior customer service at all times ensuring customers are happy and fully satisfied with their experience with ND BD, both online and offline.
  • Deal with complaints from customers in friendly manner
  • Educate customers on supplements, fitness, nutrition, health & wellness
  • Recruit, train and supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance
  • Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
  • Monitor stock levels ensuring products are in stock
  • Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
  • Preparing and controlling the store and budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency for maximum output
  • Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays
  • Create marketing buzz online and offline for ND BD on a regular basis
  • Develop marketing content for social media and offline as needed
  • Distribute marketing content to reach the target market
  • Ensure ND BD online store is fully optimized, customers are served and online deliveries are made on time with full customer satisfaction
  • Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store
  • Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports for management
  • Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines
  • Assist in developing content for ND BD’s various fitness brands if and when required

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Customer Service, Showroom operations

  • Age 20 to 35 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • * Must have sound knowledge in Computer skills (MS Office, Internet, E-mail)
  • * Candidate who speak fluent English will stay ahead.
