- Answer calls and emails professionally to provide information about products and services
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions, are taken.
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Inform customer of deals and promotions
- The customer service area will be Amazon, eBay, and website-related
- Work at office
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Customer Care, Customer Service, Customer Support through Phone
- At least 1 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

- Age at least 21 years
- Proven customer support of 1-year experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel), Office Administration, System Administration.
- Honors in any discipline
- N. B: Honours in English/BBA and IELTS Score up to 6.5 will be given higher priority
