- Ability to lead the Marketing/Sales teams to obtain assigned target through marketing forces.
- Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
- Lead the branch with adequate manpower to retain the sales target and revenue.
- Solving all branch related issues.
- Highly knowledgeable on Real Estate Land business and present market scenario.
- Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve branch’s sales targets.
- Should have the experience to forecast sales, revenue and budget with proper planning & execution.
- Corporate sales planning and implementation.
- Able to communicate with the wide network of different professionals / business men and look for prospective customers.
- To hire, select & train up better sales personnel(s).
- Organizing related team, monitoring & controlling executive & others.
- Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing personals so as to enhance team building/spirit.
