J1 Agro Feed Limited is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales executive to join our fast growing team. You will work closely with our existing sales team along with departments to establish a seamless process. We are seeking someone who is persuasive, energetic, and ready to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Use Feed market knowledge to identify potential clients and initiate contact.
  • Set sales target & achieve the company goal.
  • Planning, monitoring, controlling sales force.
  • Process all sales documentation for both commercial and residential projects
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients, creating a vast client database.
  • Strictly control sales force routine, frequently visit field force and dealer points.
  • To develop brand and messaging to attract and retain customers.
  • To develop long and short term strategies and tactics for growth.
  • Manage dealer and Depot all over Bangladesh.
  • Conduct market research to identify J1 Agro Feed strengths and opportunities

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Skills Required: COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 50 years
  • Must have practical extensive experience and proven track record of leading large sales force group and increasing sales substantially.
  • The incumbent must be willing to engage in field work for 80% of total working hour.
  • Excellent command of both English and Bangla.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation ability- verbal and written
  • Strong negotiation skills.
