Job title: Duty Officer, Customer Relation

Job description: Job Responsibilities
- Handling Customer Care Services and Customer Relationship Management during 24×7.
- Solve Customer Needs & Problems at Day/Night
- Overseeing operations, including maintenance, cleanliness and efficiency at Day Night
- Maintain a large team with knowledge, skill and efficiency.
- Maintain relationship with the Doctors, Healthcare workers, NGO’s, RMP/PC and conduct seminar, symposia and related program.
- Ensuring that security and safety regulations are met at Day Night
- Resolve potential issues with patients at Day Night
- Work with management to assess and improve processes and policies at Day Night
- Uphold and enforce company policies
- Address employee complaints or performance issues as needed
- Supervise daily administrative operations
- Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives
- Develop and implement effective policies for all operational procedures
- Prepare work schedules for the staff, Roster of Day Night
- Maintain organized medical and employee records at Day Night
- Monitor administrative staff’s performance
- Train new employees
- Answer queries from doctors, nurses and healthcare staff at Day Night
- Resolve potential issues with patients at Day Night
- Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations.

Educational Requirements
- Honors / Masters any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 8 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Need to work Day/Night (Shift duty)
- 3-5 Years experience as Duty Manager at Reputed Hospitals/ Clinics in Bangladesh will be given preferences.
