Job context

National level private development organization Jagarani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is implementing Future-oriented and high-quality education in disaster-prone areas of Bangladesh (SWAPNO) project with the support of NETZ Bangladesh BMZ Germany. Applications are invited from suitable Bangladeshi candidates for the following posts under the project.

Job Responsibilities

At least 10 government primary schools should be supervised.
Regular school supervision should be done from 9 am to 5 pm with supervision of project work.
Preparing various monthly plans of the project and implementing the work according to the plan, supervising and monitoring the work of the Education Support Organizers, assisting the ESOs in the survey work, visiting the children’s classes regularly.
General support in school repair and maintenance work and classroom furnishing, education development committee, SMC committee should be held regularly with role in formation and help in the implementation of the meeting’s decisions.
Project teachers should be skilled in organizing and conducting various trainings and conducting child teaching activities in the community. Regular participation in various trainings and meetings of the project.
Communicating regularly with project beneficiaries and providing support to various parties. Playing an active role in teamwork.
Providing necessary support to the school and community for disaster prevention, preparing various school events and monthly reports, organizing various meetings/seminars of the education committee and establishing regular communication and liaison with the upazila and district education office.
One has to work with sincerity and efficiency to ensure quality education. Taking initiatives to create sustainable and sustainable funding for schools.
