Job title: Engineer/ Sr. Engineer – Electrical

Job description: Job Responsibilities
- Leading the EOT crane electrical team to reduce the downtime and maximize machine runtime.
- Daily checking of shift log book and assign the pending job to shift personal and ensure that the jobs are completed in time.
- Attend all types of electrical breakdown of EOT crane and giving maximum support to production.
- Prepare preventive maintenance schedule and ensue that maintenance is done as per schedule decided.
- Discussion with shift personnel about the performance & productivity of machines.
- Follow up safety related tasks like PPE (Personal protective Equipment), Work permit, ensuring safe environment, safety talk at the beginning of the shift.
- Maintain spare parts inventory to meet the emergency situation.
- Train the team members about VFD, PLC and troubleshooting.
- Any other job assigns by higher management.

- Good knowledge about ABB ACS 880 VFD
