Job Responsibilities
- Checkup account and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Prepare Monthly salary sheet of company.
- Timely completion of tax returns and the audit work.
- Manage relationship with bank, bank account and conduct bank payment operations.
- Manage relationship with vendors and conduct payment operation.
- Maintain accounting documents and records.
- Recruiting, hiring, training, dismissal processes.
- Prepare Office Order, Office Notice, and Office Note.
- Prepare and maintain the Leave application formalities of Employee.
- Plan implement training Programs, Maintain employee records & paperwork.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Maintains accurate record of interviews, safeguarding the confidentiality of subjects.
- Prepare regular attendance sheet of employee.
- Focused on Team building activities.
- Implementation of company policies.
- Monitoring Company administration & etc.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance & Banking
- B.COM Pass
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements

- He should have idea about office management.
- Work experience as an Accounting & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Experience using spreadsheets
- Well known (Microsoft excel, MS Word, Email , internet browsing)
- Organizational skills
- Proficiency in English
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Email communication skills in English
