Job description: Job Responsibilities

  • Managing activities for Product development.
  • Capable to prepare costing sheet, Pricing & consumption of garments.
  • Follow up on development, sampling with full responsibility.
  • Sourcing of all the materials to make correct sample.
  • Have knowledge about fabric consumption calculation.
  • Study the technical file & communicating with buyer for technical clarification.
  • Ensure smooth communications with customers & supplier on day to day merchandising activities & approval.
  • Applicant should have sound knowledge in heavy Jacket & outerwear product.
  • Coordinate with related team (Sample room, Tech team & QA team) to achieve the sample TNA.
  • Making sample requirement chart & follow up with each buyer.

Educational Requirements

  • Masters degree in any discipline
  • Graduation/ MBA/ Diploma/ Certificate course completed in Textile/ Garments/ Merchandising will be preferable.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Age 28 to 35 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Applicant have very sound technical knowledge of merchandising in Knit & Woven outerwear garments with minimum experiences of 3 or more years in knit composite & Woven garments.
  • He have proven successfully interpersonal skills to maintain effective and satisfactory working relationships with staff at all levels.
  • Must have excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Candidates must have advance computer skills.
  • He have excellent interpersonal communications skills in English/Bengali.
  • Must have a high sense of Integrity and Hardworking.
  • Candidate have a high sense of perfection and pro-active capability to resolve issues on a timely manner.
  • Must have visionary & strategic thinking.
  • Applicant have capacity to implementation of ideas.
