Job description: Job Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers with queries and providing solutions quickly.
  • Encourage customers to buy the products.
  • Receive phone calls & Complaints through Customer/SR/Channels and respond and keep track of all Complaints, maintain record and database.
  • Provide service to the customer and gives precise information & solution to the customer.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions of required complaints.
  • Manage and update customer databases with the status of each customer.
  • Report to management daily, Weekly & monthly update situation.
  • Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken against complaints.
  • Must have excellent computer operating skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management time to time.
