Job description: Job Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with queries and providing solutions quickly.
- Encourage customers to buy the products.
- Receive phone calls & Complaints through Customer/SR/Channels and respond and keep track of all Complaints, maintain record and database.
- Provide service to the customer and gives precise information & solution to the customer.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions of required complaints.
- Manage and update customer databases with the status of each customer.
- Report to management daily, Weekly & monthly update situation.
- Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken against complaints.
- Must have excellent computer operating skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
- To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management time to time.
