We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Executive Engineer (Civil), Bashundhara Industrial Economic Zone Ltd. (BIEZL), Chattogram.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
- Monitor and supervise construction works in the project.
- Prepare estimation of required building materials as per drawing.
- Supervise and monitor structural, masonry and finishing work to ensure the quality of construction.
- Ensure overall safety and security of man and materials, equipment and other assets of the company allotted for the project.
- Manage with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
- Maintain cost control by monitoring actual expenditure with works done.
- Ensure completion of project within the Master Budget.
- Forecast materials requirement.
- Onsite quality control.
- Prepare construction progress report.
- Check quality of work & construction materials.
- Bill certification of vendors/ suppliers.

Educational Requirements
- B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements
- 8 to 10 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 40 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Must have experience in large scale industrial construction.
- Must have computer knowledge (Microsoft Project, AutoCAD etc.)
- Must have good communication skill in both English & Bengali.
- Hardworking, proactive, self-responsible, ability to work under pressure.
