- To ensure proper supply of product as per requirement.
- To maintain connection with Merchants & Collectors for product collection.
- Maintain optimal level of customer services at all times by ensuring simplicity in services
- Ensure to resolve service problems by root cause analyzing of customer’s complaints
- Coordinate supply chain process.
- Ensure proper delivery of products.
- Prepare reports as per requirement.
- Contact with customers if required.
- Take all necessary steps to maintain the supply chain process flawless.
- Any other tasks given by the authority

- Graduated / Fresh Graduate in any discipline from a reputed university
Experience Requirements
