Job title: Executive – HR
Job description: Job Responsibilities
- Analyzing the manpower requirements & Tracking the manpower requisition making communication with related departmental head & engineers to make sure the requirements
- Physically visiting in workstation and realizing the actual skill requirements of manpower
- Responsible for arranging interview
- Selecting perfect manpower & placing the right people in right place
- Drafting different kind of official letter like, show cause, warning letter, enquiry letter etc.
- Leave management
- Make a balance relationship between employee & employer
- Responsible for managing any kind of dispute in case happened.
- Report to HR Manager weekly & Monthly
- Organizational development.
- Employee’s performance evaluation.
- HR monitoring and strategy implementation.
- Any other task assigned by top management
- Work at office
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- 1 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Performance Management System, Recruitment & Selection * The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement, Steel * Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
