Job description: Job Responsibilities

  • Windows Administrator and Troubleshooting.
  • Planning, design, develop, implement, and support network solutions for IT projects
  • Assessing the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems.
  • Discussing system and server upgrades with IT managers.
  • Providing technical support for back-end system users.
  • Monitoring system performance and generate reports accordingly.
  • Maintaining server architecture security and creating system backups.
  • Windows Server, Exchange Server, Linux, etc.
  • Should be able to configure Firewall, MikroTik’s, Managed switch & any kind of router operational functions.
  • Knowledge of network security systems, intrusion detection systems, and data backup.
  • Active directory server, Endpoint security, Outlook Email configuring and troubleshooting
  • Installing Operating System and Software configuring and troubleshooting, computer hardware, Networks & LAN Setup.
  • Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance (Desktop, Laptop, scanner, router Printers, etc.).
  • Implement, and support network solutions for IT projects.
  • Surveillance security operation and maintenance.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce

Educational Requirements

  • Diploma Engineer (if you have good experience)
  • Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 21 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Experience in PHP framework Laravel (Preferred for a programmer).
  • Troubleshoot and fix any issues relating to PHP programs (Preferred for a programmer).
  • Systems and Infrastructure Engineer
  • Should have a clear knowledge of Microsoft office package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc).
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
