Job title: Executive – Registration & Loan

Job description: Job Responsibilities
- Dealing every clients of various project for Registration & Loan purpose.
- To do all formalities for sale permission from RAJUK and Housing and settlement to get sale permission for registration.
- To collect Registration fee from clients for registration.
- To do our internal procedure for registration. Such as make payment clearance, prepared deed and than take money from Accounts department for registration.
- Than deposit money in Bank for Registration and every procedure will be done with registration office.
- Support client to solve every problem Registration related.
- To do all kinds of formalities for Registration procedure to the clients.
- To do every formalities to adjustment against taken registration money, Stamp purchase etc.
- Visit Bank and other financial institute for TPA Loan.

- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Bank Loan Facility, Banks & Financial, Customer Support/ Client Service, Deed of agreement, Rajuk, Registration * The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Additional Requirements
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Minimum 2 years’ related working experience in Real Estate Industry or any Group of companies will be given preference.
- Excellent communication skill, written and oral, both in English and Bangla is necessary.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Good typing speed both in Bangla & English.
- Willing to work beyond general working hours under immense pressure.
