Job description: Job Responsibilities
- Achieving the Order, Delivery and Collection target of the Showroom and its concerns.
- Distributing sales targets among the sales executives.
- Monitoring Showroom Retail & Corporate Sales.
- Responsible for achieving the monthly, weekly & yearly sales target.
- Maintain daily, weekly & monthly sales reports and assist to superior.
- Develop a relationship with corporate & retail clients.
- Keeping records of all Sales & Marketing activities.
- Coordinating with Accounts, Production, Distribution, Customer Care and other Departments.
- Grooming & training showroom sales team members.
- Build a strong relationship & keep in touch with customers.
- Assist superior in planning retail and corporate businesses.
- Prepare monthly/weekly market analysis reports of the surrounding area.

- Post-Graduation/ Master’s from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements
- At least 8 year(s)

- Must have experience in Furniture related Retail & Corporate Sales.
- Team management, coordinate with Head of the Department.
- Experience in Sales, Corporate Sales/ Direct Marketing.
- Must be capable of having work under pressure and communication skills.
- Understand the client’s need and identify the scope for sales.
- Identify and develop potential, sustainable customer relationships.
- Outstanding presence of mind with dynamic decision-making capability.
- Solid analytical abilities, good presentation and convincing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization.
- Must have computer proficiency.
