- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Prepare detailed Business Plan and formulate Sales Strategies for the region.
- Enhance business outputs from existing clients and explore new clients for business expansion.
- Achieve the monthly/quarterly/annual sales target of the region. Ensure order collection and sales in maximum number of outlets
- Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning & execution
- To ensure strong presence, visibility & dominance company products
- To prepare own sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly
- Execute all the sales and promotional activities
