Job Responsibilities
- Conducting cases as company plaintiffs in criminal/civil courts.
- Taking appropriate steps to file cases against defaulters. i.e. gathering all information to develop case documents, updating case records, reports, statements, filings and maintaining coordination with other offices of the Law Department.
- To monitor the speedy progress of ongoing cases.
- Maintaining contact with company’s appointed lawyers in court.
- Having proper understanding of labor laws and labor regulations.
- To perform any other functions assigned by the management of the company.

- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Candidates with Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree will be preferred.

- Minimum age is 25 years

- Drafting Notes, Drafting various types of letters, Good Liaison Communication Skills with Govt. Non Govt. personnel, ligitation
