Job description: Job Responsibilities

  • Pre-Import Function: Provide Block list information to Regulatory Authority for Import Product Approval. Insurance Documents ensuring for all type of LC Opening. Proforma Invoice arrangement for all Import Items and LC Preparation.
  • Post-Import Function: Collect LC shipping documents from Principal. Prepared Clearing documents. Prepared custom duty documents & ensure payment from accounts. Ensure documents handover to C&F & regular follow up for ensuring proper delivery to Plant
  • Capex Item Procurement (Import): For Admin, Maintenance, Engineering, PDD, Production / Manufacturing / Packaging, Warehouse, Quality, IT Department etc.
  • Opex Item Procurement (Import): For Admin, Maintenance, Engineering, PDD, Production / Manufacturing / Packaging, Warehouse, Quality, IT Department etc.
  • Local Vendor development for Packing materials
  • Sourcing of Promotional Materials for Sales Function as per Marketing Plan.

Educational Requirements

  • Master of Commerce (MCom)
  • MBA in Supply Chain Management/M.Pharm will be preferred
  • Training/Trade Course: supply chain

  • At least 7 year(s)

Commercial, supply chain management * The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Pharmaceuticals

Additional Requirements

  • Age 32 to 36 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Good knowledge in computer operation
  • Excellent oral and written communication skill both in English and in Bengali
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work as part of a multi-disciplined, multi-cultural team
  • Self-management including: ability to prioritize own workload and work independently and commitment to meet deadlines
  • Maintain confidentiality in all area of work
