Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily cash outflow report.
  • Prepare pay order and voucher re-checking.
  • Disburse & voucher preparation of imprest fund.
  • Evaluate data pertaining to costs to plan budgets.
  • Make a plan for yearly, monthly and daily cash requirement.
  • Prepare operational or risk reports for management analysis.
  • Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
  • Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
  • Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
  • Banking for cheque encashment, cheque cash deposit, pay order, utility bill payment etc.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance and Accounts
  • CA (CC) Partly Qualified

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Accounting and Finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Building Construction, Cash Flow Management, Real Estate Development, VAT and Tax * The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Real Estate, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Additional Requirements

  • Age 28 to 32 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • High proficiency in Computer literacy.
  • Self motivated and able to work by own vein
  • Strong interpersonal skill with the ability to established effective relationship with all levels within/outside the organization.
  • Ability to plan multi-task and manage time effectively.
