Job Responsibilities
- Candidates with experience in Real Estate sector and Land Development will be given preference.
- Must be able to lead a team as well as meet his own Targets.
- Creates, builds and harness Customer Relationships to maintain Retention.
- Must be experienced in Negotiating Price and Payment Schedules in Real Estate perspective.
- Must be Creative, Proactive, and Innovative in ideas and designing Products. Must be Target oriented.
- Must be able to develop short term and long term sales strategies to compete in the fast changing Market scenarios and challenges.
- Facilitate Management team to review and evaluate business performance in Business review meetings.
- Responsible for preparing reports, supervision and monitoring of the team activities.
- Manage all marketing communication and marketing requirements through effective management of the marketing function.
- Facilitate, control and coordinate the annual strategic marketing planning.
- Product promotion at corp. Office, university, school, college, shopping mall, market and others.
- To look after Advertisement & direct sales, product promotion activities
- Must be honest and intelligent.
- Routine effective follow-up.
- Gathering market and customer information.
- Prepare and Submit Daily Works Report to superior.
- Par day target accept mentality
- Any assignment put by the management.
- Continuous communication with the clients and give the product information.
- Market Mapping and create client database.
- Communicate with clients and give product information.
- Create reference customer through current customer and clients.
- Must have experience in DIRECT SALES OPERATIONS through following steps:
- a) Client Management
- b) Create new clients for revenue generation.
- c) Must have experience creating offer letter.
- d) Must have knowledge about real estate products and its profit equalization.
- e) Must have knowledge about showing product demonstration to the client
- f) Must have knowledge about real estate market.
- g) Should know about market research for product promotion in any place or area.
- h) Be sales driven
- Executing sales through appropriate process.
- Report to head of Marketing for any programs and achieving sales targets.

- Masters/MBA/Hon’s/Degree/ (Preferably in Marketing) from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements
- 6 to 10 year(s)

- Age 28 to 35 years

- Be a strong team player and have the ability coordinate sales activity internally and externally.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English & Bangla.
- Ready to work beyond office time.
- Computer literacy is a must.
