- We are looking for a F & B Manager / In Charge to lead all aspects of our business. You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities
- Strong working knowledge in well reputed franchises of food service minimum 8 to 10 years. working experience in the 5 star / overseas hotels will be a preference.
- Manage restaurant staff’s work schedules.
- Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
- Maintain quality control for all food served and introduce new delicious and aristocrat cuisine.
- Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience.
- Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly.
- Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.
- Organize and supervise shifts.
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.

Educational Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field. Familiar with Point of sale systems, MS office, Property management systems etc
