Job title: Finance & Admin Executive, MMS Project
Job description: Job Context
Social Marketing Company, a large well-reputed not-for-profit company, involved in implementing health and family planning programs throughout the country, wishes to recruit the following position. The company seeks talented and aspiring candidate who would join our team and meaningfully contribute to reach the goal of SMC. The incumbent will be recruited initially for two years period, which may be extended upon satisfactory performance of the candidate.
The incumbent will be based in SMC head office and responsible for budget management, donor reporting, expenditure trucking and monitoring of financial activities at the field offices, perform project procurement and operational activities of MMS project. Ensure the Donors and SMC policy procedures are properly followed throughout the project implementation. Ensure resources management including inventory management, support to field offices and financial monitoring to partner NGO’s and support cost center of MMS program. Provide internal control checking to review bills, invoice and other expenditure and process for payment and manage Donor audit and external audit.

- Must have a Master degree in Finance/Accounting or MBA (finance).
- At least 8 year(s)
- Shall have at least 8 years of relevant experience, particularly with donor funded project and administrative support and logistics management
- Record keeping and documentation skills with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of integrity and excellent computer (MS word, MS excel, MS power point and accounting software) operating skill
