Job title: Guest Relationship Officer


Job description: Job Context
Be the Agora brand ambassador and maintain continuous customer-focused interaction to create & maintain legendary customer care and relationship building.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and warmly welcome customers into the store.
  • Assist customers in the store regarding products and other services.
  • Ensure that the in-store ambiance is clean and well maintained.
  • Monitor the in-store advertising facilities that the suppliers have taken for rent e.g. block stackers, light boxes.
  • Check whether the light boxes are on for the suppliers’ advertisements.
  • Check daily that the reserved facilities are kept clean e.g: shelf extenders, block stackers, etc.
  • Ensure the right music and continuous announcements on greetings, ongoing promotions, etc.
  • Check posters, promotional materials and displays are updated and are in keeping with Agora standards. Also ensure no past promotional material (banners/posters etc.) is on display.
  • Ensure that the implementation of promotional activities on time and that are being carried out effectively for the designated period of time.
  • Handle Customer complains (returns exchanges etc.)
  • Coaching other team members on customer service & care.
  • Supervise Cashier & Porters to ensure smooth POS transaction & delivery of products to customers’ vehicle.
  • Check & Monitor Free Product Inventory
  • Assist Guests with Membership Card related issues, Gift vouchers & Point Redemption.
  • Communicate with Marketing team on a regular basis regarding product complains & Membership issues etc.
  • Implement, adhere and monitor the effectiveness of QMS processes and procedures.
  • Train and mentor team to understand QMS processes and procedures.

Employment Status


Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management
  • Skills Required: Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Service * The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Retail Store, Super store

Additional Requirements
