Head of Sales & Marketing

• Administrate Real Estate & Construction sales & marketing.
• Plan, organize, implement and monitor Real Estate & Construction sales activities in regular basis.
• Prepare annual business plan and implement strategies to achieve the target.
• Work closely with the Real Estate & Construction sales team and monitor their day to day performance, train the sales force in regular basis to improve their performance at desired level.
• To line and project manage the sales & marketing team and wider working groups to fulfill business objectives.
• Explore new markets and ensure maximum outputs from the existing markets through close monitoring of return per customer.
• Capable for drafting legal documents.
• Coordinate with brand team to implement various promotional schemes/ activities.
• Tracking competitors’ movement & analyzing the Real Estate market.
• Tracking sales trend & suggest corrective action.
• Setting the yearly sales target.
• Assist management in developing business strategies
• To manage and deliver the relevant budgets and produce financial reports
• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from any reputed university.

• 10 to 12 year(s)
