Job Responsibilities

  • Documentation (50% of total work): Preparing, preserving and circulating various HR Forms, templates, letters, certificates, NOC, HR notices, Employee documents, Employee files, Company documents, lists, files (hard copy & soft copy), collecting various files, lists from employees/department & compile
  • Document/Report/file collection, compiling, scanning, Checking, verifying and summarizing work (15% of total work)
  • Attendance work (10% of total work): Updating and checking employee Attendance works (beginning to end)
  • Database (10% of total work): Maintain various database in Excel (i.e. employee database, leave database, shop database etc. as per the requirement
  • Recruitment work (10% of total work): Scheduling interviews, collecting employee documents, guide new joiners to create bank account and keep records accordingly
  • Admin work (5% of total work) that includes but not limited to:
  • Preparing ID & visiting card
  • Buying office stationaries and Housekeeping
  • Any other works assigned by the management

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, business administration or related field
  • Skills Required: Ability to handle work pressure, Ability to maintain work in time pressure, Communication and Negotiation Skill, Excellent interpersonal skills, Honest , Patient, Sincere

Experience Requirements

  • At most 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Admin, General HR, Human Resource Management, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote * The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Cellular Phone Operator * Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Tk. 14000 – 15000 (Monthly)
