Job title: Human Resources & Training Officer/ Executive

Job description: Job Context
- The incumbent has to provide support with Training & Development for the employees and assist the Director of Human Resources to create a culture of building winning team to achieve HR KPIs in regards to customer and employee satisfaction, business objectives as well accomplishments of core Learning & Development Programs within the stipulated time frame.
Job Responsibilities
- Conducts induction program of new employees;
- Conducts TNA and Develop Training Program for employees
- Co-ordinates and assists with all the Training programs;
- Provides administration support within the areas of orientation, employee accommodation and employee training co-ordination with facilitation in timely manner;
- Develops training materials under supervision of Director of HR & Training
- Prepares annual and monthly training calendar and keep all posted as appropriate
- Conducts monthly meetings with departmental trainers and managers
- Responds to incoming resumes as appropriate;
- Co-ordinates candidate interview schedules;
- Updates candidates on status of selection process;
- Identifies qualified candidates by coordinating resume processes, preparing interview forms and conducting reference checks;
- Co-ordinates Hotel recognition Programs and ensure the nominations are timely received;
- Assists with the implementation of the Hotel Newsletter;
- Co-ordinates with Hotel Management and educational institutes for Industrial Attachment
- Assists with the implementation of Hotel Responsible Business Program
- Prepares monthly training reports
- Makes periodical follow-up on the results of the training implementation as well as provides the refreshers courses as and when necessary
- Organizes other programs and activities as advised by the supervisor

Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management
- Minimum Business Graduate from a reputed/ well recognized university preferably major in Human Resources Management. PGDPM/HRM would be an added advantage;
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development * The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Hotel, Multinational Companies, NGO
Additional Requirements
- Age 28 to 35 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Minimum 02 years of hands on experience in the Human Resources functions. Candidates with experience of working in hospitality/tourism industry/hospitals or large multi-national company would be preferred;
- Fluency in English both written and verbal is a must;
- Strong knowledge and hands on experience on Microsoft Office suite;
- Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork;
- Able to work independently with attention to details and able to cope up with a busy working environment;
