We are a property development company in Bangladesh involved in the construction and development of multi storied residential and commercial projects in Dhaka and Chittagong. We are looking for an enthusiastic Jr. Executive/Executive-Call Center to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company`s clientele.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning customer accounts for different Sanmar Properties services spanning across Consumer segment & Corporate segment in a fast paced, structured customer care environment.
  • Process property request/query in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction with Inbound and Outbound calling.
  • Highlight issues through feedback and recommend changes in workflows, procedures and service levels to meet customer needs and to ensure quality service at all times.
  • Grow and nurture customer relationships on every interaction that results in measurable Customer value.
  • Document necessary account information and offer custom solutions that benefit the customer.
  • Deliver extraordinary results measured by customer satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency and quality.
  • Balance customer interests with the interests of Sanmar Properties.
  • Deliver Employees, Customers and Shareholder metrics as per goals.
  • Resolve all customer queries and follow established problem ticket recording procedures as appropriate.
  • Gather relevant information from customers as required and update it accurately to facilitate the decision making process.

Experience Requirements

Call Center Agent, call centre executive, Real Estate Marketing * The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Real Estate * Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Ability to work in a fast paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a windows environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Knowledge of Real Estate industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Smart in communication, particularly in conversation with clients.
  • Smart in Handling Phone calls.
