- Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and advice ways to streamline processes.
- Supervising day-to-day operations of administrative & compliance department.
- Recruiting and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office equipment.
- Assessing departmental staff performance and provide training and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Follow up security Operation & coordinate with head office.
- Assisting all HR, compliance & administrative people to improve personnel management system.
- Ensure smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate departmental business operations
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Sourcing, training, and facilitating especially skilled employees, taking corrective action when necessary with Management advice.
- Handling disciplinary & Grievance, employee relation issues as per law.
- Assisting in process of development, review and improving administrative system, policy, and procedure.
- Ensuring all necessary material are available and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
- Liaison with factory in charge, Department Head, Head office management & worker as well as external stack holder.
- Working with production, maintenance, accounts and management team to set budgets, monitor and processing payroll and other expenses.
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
- Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
- Masters degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Administrative Executive, Good communication skills

- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.
- Willingness to continue building skills through education opportunities.
